The Look: This off or on the shoulder top is sure to make you smile! The lightweight white fabric is enhanced with navy embroidered flowers and scalloped edges. It works so well with navy leggings, crop pants or jeans. Put this with a cute navy purse and some sandals or wedges and you’ll be rockin the ruby girl look!
The Feel: This is really soft and light, the material isn’t tight and is somewhat stretchy. We recommend wearing a camisole underneath.
