All our items are inspected multiple times before we ship them out to help minimize problems with defective merchandise or incorrect orders. However, if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, or you simply wish to return the item, please notify us at email@example.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. If we are not notified within 10 days, returns will not be processed or accepted.
For all returns, we must receive the item back within 21 calendar days after your order was delivered. Please keep in mind that transit time for return packages may be 5-10 days when arranging to return an item. Items returned to us after 21 days will be denied. You will need to call us to make arrangements for payment to ship the item back to you. If merchandise is not claimed within 30 days, we will donate the item to charity.
All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracking number and show that we received the item before store credit will be processed. No exceptions.
Refunds are store credit only
Please make sure your order is correct immediately after receipt. We cannot issue refunds but can provide store credit in the form of a gift card sent to you at the email used to place your order. Gift cards will expire 1 year from the date of issue.
Condition of returned items
All returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached. We cannot accept items with signs of makeup, wear, damage or washing. Please note washing instructions for all items and follow them as indicated. Smoke, deodorant, cologne or any other odors will disqualify an item for return.
Please be sure to include a copy of your original receipt and package your return securely. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transit back to us.
All items purchased at discounted sales prices are final sales and not eligible for return.
All gift card, handbag, hat and jewelry sales are final and not eligible for return.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Likewise, shipping for returning items to us is also non-refundable, unless the mistake is ours (see below).
Processing of returns
Please allow up to 7 calendar days to process your credit once we receive the returned item.
Defective or incorrect items
For defective merchandise, we will require a photo(s) showing the damage prior to returning the item. We will issue you a return authorization number and instructions for shipping it back.
Changes or additions to your order
Changes in price, new sales or promotional codes are not retroactive to previous orders, and we will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes.
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Many times, orders will be processed within 24 hours, so please notify us immediately if you find you would like to change an order. We will do everything we can to process changes. However, once processing is complete, we will no longer be able to make changes. We cannot cancel orders once they are placed on our website.
If you are the winner of a giveaway item, and we do not have your shipping information in our system, please contact us within 10 calendar days to claim your item. Giveaway items cannot be returned.
