Shipping and Handling Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00! Must total $75.00 after sale prices and discount codes have been added. If an item is returned, the shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.
Orders under $75.00 will be charged a flat rate of $7.00.
2 to 3 day expedited shipping can be requested at a fee of $17.00.
We strive to get your items on their way as quickly as possible! Once an item or items have been paid for, they will be shipped out within 2 business days. Flat shipping packages should arrive between 3 and 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order via email.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for items delivered due to an incorrect address. All items shown as delivered will not be refunded or replaced. If a claim needs to be filed with the USPS, we will supply the tracking number and a copy of the order. We are more than happy to help in any way we can once we have received a copy of the police report for the stolen items.
Holidays and weekends will not be counted as business days.
